Our hot and warm yoga classes use infrared heat, which works from the inside out, boosting circulation, easing joint stiffness, and supporting a more natural detox through sweat. It’s a gentle, therapeutic warmth designed to help you open up, not burn out.

Dynamic Flow (Hot)
Strong. Breath-led. Built to challenge.
Practised in a heated room, this flow is designed to develop stamina, sharp focus, and strength. Expect creative transitions, energising standing sequences, and core work, all guided by the rhythm of your breath.

Yang Yin (Hot)
Two halves. One complete practice.
Start with dynamic movement (Yang) before transitioning into deep, restorative holds (Yin).
The room is heated to support movement, then gently cooled to help you wind down.
Perfect if you want to build resilience without the full intensity of a power flow.

Sunrise (Warm)
Ease in. Move gently. Start mindful.
A softly heated morning class to awaken the body and calm the mind.
Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a grounded start to the day.

Durger’s Revenge (Hot)
Fierce. Focused. Unapologetically strong.
Inspired by the courage of the goddess Durga, this advanced hot flow builds mental and physical resilience through bold, structured sequences.

Hot yoga can support muscle recovery, deepen flexibility, and build endurance, but it’s not about being the bendiest person in the room.
If you're new to movement, Sunrise Flow is a great place to start. Prefer strength or something slower? Try Fundamental Strength or explore Sound Healing for deep rest.

Not at all. We welcome all levels. If you're new to heat, start with Sunrise Flow (Warm) or Yang Yin (Hot) — both give you time to adjust while still getting the benefits.

Our heated classes range from gently warm to around 35–38°C, depending on the style. We keep it comfortable, not extreme, the focus is on helping you open up and move more freely.

We have mats and props at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. description

Always. Step off your mat, rest in Child’s Pose, or grab water any time. Your practice is yours.
