Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Drop-In & Class Packs
You can reschedule your class up to 6 hours before the start time.
No-shows or cancellations made within 6 hours are non-refundable and will count as used.
Memberships
You will receive one grace exemption per month for a late cancel or no-show.
After that, a £10 fee applies for any cancellation made within 6 hours of class or missed session.
Events
Please check the event T&Cs when booking, as policies may vary.
Some events or memberships may have specific cancellation windows, always check when booking.

Waitlist — How It Works
If you’re next on the waitlist and a space becomes available 6 hours or more before class, you’ll be automatically added and receive an email confirmation.
If a space opens less than 6 hours before class, everyone on the waitlist will get an email at the same time — first come, first served!
We are working on improving how we notify you of spaces — so please enable push notifications in the App:
Go to your account → Communication Settings → toggle ‘All notifications’ to ON.
Once enough people have notifications enabled, we’ll test this feature so you never miss a spot.
