Tips for Your First Visit

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in

  • Bring water and wear comfortable clothing

  • Mats are available, or bring your own

  • All equipment provided for yoga and sound sessions

  • Strength classes may include use of weights or bodyweight movement – all scalable

    Cancelation is a minimum of 6 hours, you will be charged outside of this fee member or non.
