You can reschedule your class up to 6 hours before the start time.

No-shows or cancellations made within 6 hours are non-refundable and will count as used.

All Memberships

You will receive one grace exemption per month for a late cancel or no-show.

After that, a £10 fee applies for any cancellation made within 6 hours of class or missed session.

Some events or memberships may have specific cancellation windows, always check when booking.

How It Works

• If you’re next on the waitlist and a space becomes available 6 hours or more before class, you’ll be automatically added and receive an email confirmation.

• If a space opens less than 6 hours before class, everyone on the waitlist will get an email at the same time — first come, first served!

• We are working on improving how we notify you of spaces — so please enable push notifications in the App:

  Go to your account → Communication Settings → toggle ‘All notifications’ to ON.

  Once enough people have notifications enabled, we’ll test this feature so you never miss a spot.

1. What’s Included

2. Term & Renewal

• Starts when your first payment is received.

• 2-month minimum term, then rolls monthly.

• Cancel anytime after 2 months with 7 days’ notice before renewal.

• You’ll be notified 7+ days before any price changes.

• The studio may close on public holidays.

3. Payment

• £155 per month, paid in advance.

• Payment by debit card, credit card, or bank transfer.

• Non-refundable except in the cases below.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no classes or benefits have been used.

After that, refunds may be granted (with evidence) for:

• Serious illness or injury

• Relocation over 25 miles from the studio

• Pregnancy (pause or partial refund)

Refunds are discretionary and may be adjusted if services were used.

5. Guest Passes

• 3 per year, valid for Yoga, Strength, or Sauna.

• Guests must be 18+, complete a waiver, and follow Studio Policies.

• Passes expire after 12 months and do not roll over.

• Contact us to book guest passes manually.

• Payment in full is required at purchase

• After that, refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases (serious illness, relocation, or pregnancy — documentation required)

• Refunds are discretionary and may be adjusted for classes already taken

Sauna sessions are 50 minutes, including time to shower and change.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and settle before your session starts.

• You may reschedule or cancel up to 6 hours before your booking.

• Late cancellations (within 6 hours) or no-shows are non-refundable and will count as used.

• Sauna use is not transferable to others unless booked as a shared session.

• Guests must be 18+, in good health. Sauna Safety Guidelines are in place for you to read before use. By booking the sauna you have agreed you are well & fit to use the facilities.

• Avoid sauna use if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or if you have medical conditions not cleared by a professional.

• The studio reserves the right to refuse use for safety reasons or policy breaches.
