Aerial Yoga in Teddington

Move differently. Feel stronger. No experience needed.

Aerial yoga uses silk hammocks to support your body through movement, breathwork, and rest. It’s playful, calming, and surprisingly empowering, perfect for beginners or anyone curious to try something new.

What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga combines the flow of traditional yoga with the support of a hammock. You’ll explore standing poses, gentle inversions, stretches, and supported rest, all while safely suspended above the mat.

Classes help:

  • Build strength and body awareness

  • Improve mobility and balance

  • Release tension and decompress the spine

  • Calm the nervous system and boost confidence

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or super strong, just open to movement and having fun.

  • "Aerial was so much fun. Hanging upside down, feeling your back release whilst you felt secure and held physyand emotionally. Roisin was, as always, inspiring, encouraging and enthusiastic"
