Fundamental Strength Training

Strong foundations. Real progress.

Start slow, build smart. Learn the essential compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses) with clear guidance and space to progress safely. This class is beginner-friendly, but valuable at any level.

Group Strength HIIT – Hot Seat Format

Full-body fire. Shared energy. One hot seat.

Strength meets sweat in this circuit-style class where one person takes the spotlight with a timed challenge while others rotate stations. Expect camaraderie, fun formats, and serious results.

Level: Everyone welcome, in it together!

Strength & Conditioning – WOD

Every session, something new.

Our WOD (Workout of the Day) blends functional strength, mobility, and conditioning in constantly varied formats. Think squats, kettlebells, burpees, cardio bursts — real movement, real strength.

Level: Intermediate+

Cardio Conditioning – Pace Setter

Engine building. Heart pumping.

A fast-paced class to build stamina, speed, and sharpness. Expect tempo drills, intervals, and explosive movement that challenges both body and brain. Perfect for runners, athletes, and anyone who wants a cardio buzz.
