TRX Strength – Skill & Stability

Using the TRX suspension system, this class focuses on stability, mobility, and strength in motion. Expect slow, intentional movements that challenge your balance, coordination, and core strength—all with your bodyweight and gravity.

Circuit Strength

A classic strength class using free weights and functional lifts like squats, presses, and deadlifts. You’ll be coached through proper technique, smart progressions, and the mindset to move with confidence and control.

Total Core

Support your centre. Strengthen from the inside out. A full-core session using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight to target the abs, back, and deep stabilisers. You’ll build functional strength, better posture, and support for everyday movement, without crunching your way through it.
