To create a space where everyone truly feels welcome and seen.
Rooted in care and connection: they’re here to meet you where you are.

Senior Hot Yoga Teacher
Amanda discovered hot yoga (under duress) as a teenager in Los Angeles. As long as she went to yoga six days a week, she could spend the summer there with her friend and her friend's yogi-obsessed mum…yes odd but as soon as she began her first class, it all made sense. This was going to be her happy place.
In 1995 she returned to England as the first certified hot yoga teacher in the UK.
After many years teaching and two daughters later, she decided to open her own hot studio. Hot Yoga Surbiton opened its doors in 2012. She ran the studio for five years and then went on in 2017 to co-found The Hot Yoga Club in Staines.
Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge, a down to earth approach and a lot of fun and laughs to her classes.
She is seriously chuffed to be teaching for Concrete Jungle in her very own neighbourhood. Happy Days : )
