We’re based in the heart of Teddington, SW London. Many of our members travel from Kingston, Richmond, Twickenham, and other nearby areas, but you don’t need to live locally to be part of our community. With online classes available, you can join us from wherever you are. Whether you're nearby, returning to movement, or starting fresh, there's space for you here.

Not at all. Yoga helps build flexibility over time. You’ll move at your own pace, with options to modify every pose.

Anything you’re comfortable moving in. Leggings, joggers, t-shirts, no need for fancy gear.

If you have one, bring it along. If not, we’ve got mats and all the props you’ll need.

Our Foundations, Slow Flow, or Yin & Restorative classes are perfect for beginners. If you’re unsure, drop us a message and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Definitely not. We welcome beginners all the time, and our teachers are great at making sure everyone feels supported, no matter their level.

Go for it. Yoga is about listening to your body. You’re always encouraged to pause, take a breath, or skip a pose if it doesn’t feel right.
